By using the site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using xsheetkit.
xsheetkit provides utility tools for Excel/CSV formatting, merging, and analysis free of charge.
2. Local Processing & Data Ownership
Complete privacy by design: xsheetkit runs entirely client-side. All math, conversions, and file processing are done securely inside your own browser.
Your spreadsheets are never uploaded, sent, or saved to our servers. You remain the sole owner of your files, and we do not store copies under any circumstances.
You are responsible for making backups of your files prior to applying any formatting or formulas.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
xsheetkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any data loss, financial mismatch, or indirect damages arising from calculations performed on our client interface.
Always inspect and verify outputs in a sandbox environment before putting spreadsheet data to critical business operations.
