At xsheetkit ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and process personal data when you visit our website, register a profile, or use our services. It also details your privacy rights under applicable data protection laws.

2. Data Processing: Local vs. Administrative

We maintain a strict separation of data processing scopes:

a) Spreadsheet Data (No Collection): Your spreadsheets, formulas, and tabular files (Excel, CSV, JSON) are processed 100% locally in your web browser. We do not upload, transmit, read, or store the contents of your spreadsheet files on any servers.

b) Account Information (Third-Party Identity Providers): If you register an account, you authenticate via third-party providers (such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.). These providers share basic profile information (email address, full name, avatar URL, and user identifier) which we store securely to establish your account profile, manage credit balances, and associate active subscriptions.

c) Telemetry and Preferences: We may collect anonymous browser performance metrics (e.g., calculation times) to optimize local engines, and store user-selected configurations (like language) in your browser's LocalStorage.

3. Purpose and Use of Data

We only use your administrative profile data to provide, secure, and personalize the Service, handle customer support requests, and process transaction histories.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your profile details with third-party advertising brokers, marketing companies, or data harvesters.

4. Google API Services Compliance & Limited Use Disclosure

For users authenticating via Google OAuth, xsheetkit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs will not be used for serving advertisements, training AI models (unless explicitly opted-in for local custom model usage), or transferred to any third party other than as necessary to provide the authentication service or as required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your account profile details only for as long as your account remains active. As spreadsheet processing is executed client-side, spreadsheet data exists in browser memory only and is wiped immediately upon closing the page.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account profile data.

To permanently delete your xsheetkit profile and all associated third-party identity records from our active databases, please email support@xsheetkit.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

You can also revoke our access permissions at any time directly in your third-party account settings (e.g., for Google, visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

6. Cookies & Browser LocalStorage

We use LocalStorage to maintain minor UI configurations, such as your language choice. This data is stored locally on your device and does not track your internet usage across external websites.

7. Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy.
